SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with FAITH®. We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.


ORDER PROCESSING


All orders are processed within 1-5 business days after payment has been successfully received. Processing times may vary during product launches, restocks, holidays, or periods of high order volume.


Once an order has been placed, we are unable to guarantee changes or cancellations.


SHIPPING CARRIERS


FAITH® primarily ships orders through UPS and FedEx. The carrier used for your order may vary depending on your location, shipping option selected, and package requirements.


SHIPPING TIMES


Estimated delivery times vary based on destination, shipping service, weather conditions, and carrier operations. Most orders arrive within 3-10 business days after shipment.


UPS and FedEx may deliver on weekends in certain areas and for specific services; however, delivery schedules are determined solely by the carrier and cannot be guaranteed by FAITH®.


TRACKING INFORMATION


Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.


DELAYS


While we strive to ensure timely delivery, FAITH® is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, severe weather, natural disasters, customs processing, holidays, incorrect shipping information, or any circumstances beyond our control.


INCORRECT ADDRESSES


Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an incorrect address is entered at checkout, FAITH® is not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address. Additional shipping fees may apply if a package is returned and needs to be reshipped.


LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES


Once a package has been handed over to UPS or FedEx, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier. FAITH® is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages that are marked as delivered. Customers should contact the carrier directly to file any necessary claims.


DAMAGED SHIPMENTS


If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged packaging and product. We will review the situation and determine an appropriate resolution.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING


International shipping availability, delivery times, customs fees, duties, and taxes may vary by country. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their local government.
